Kellie Kunzman

Ms. Kunzman graduated with a Bachelor of Art degree in Asian Studies with a Japanese language concentration from Bowling Green State University. Upon graduation, she moved to Japan to teach English abroad and this is where she discovered her passion for education. Since returning to the states, Ms. Kunzman has worked in both traditional and Montessori preschools as a lead teacher, foreign language specialist and assistant director. Ms. Kunzman joined BASIS in 2018 as a 2nd grade Learning Expert Teacher at BASIS Mesa, followed by her role as Dean of Students at BASIS Chandler Primary South.

As the Preschool Director, Ms. Kunzman’s role is managing admission, the facility, and the academic program to ensure our students and early education teachers are fully supported. Her knowledge of early learning curriculum and school administration experience make her an asset to the Building Blocks Preschool team.
